1. During the on and offs lockdowns, the company really showed care and gave best support to its employees. Even providing shuttles, alcohol supplies and more. 2. When you fail to meet your KRAs/Targets, you dont get fired right away. Management will listen to you, try to understand your situation and support you to be better. 3. a company you would openly want to give your best work, dedication and loyalty. 4. Rewards employee character and performance. 5. Always investing in employee training programs, talks, seminars, masters and more.

Cons

Nothing really significant that cannot be managed.

Super nice work environment and coworkers Knows how to take care of good employees Very rewarding if you are a performer and/or loyal to the company Great mentorship from the CEO/founder. A young legend and taipan in the making. A company for the long term

Cons

This is not a company for people looking to chill and slack off because you're expected to work really hard and commit to company's best interest. Not without fault but definitely not a bad one either.

Work culture is best for self motivated and driven professionals. You'll see some young employees who've been in the company as their first job and now they are already Vice Presidents. and theyre not even 30 years old! Expectations are high and the job can be demanding but the Career growth can be fast if you hit your KRA and if you do well in other areas important to the company, Competitive compensation and benefits with usual HMO but with very nice office perks. napping house. brewed coffee. Very stable company Approachable and generous management

Honestly. The workplace is not for everyone specially for chill and relax people. This place is for people who wants to be challenged and develop successful habits. Stay away from bitter and toxic employees who cant keep up and likes to hop from one company to another. Instead, look up to those long-time employees who've been there for several years already.
