- Completely sterilized the energy on the production floor - People are treated as if they are robots - Upper management cares more about supervisors opinions than actual employees - Lack of responsibility/ no accountability from upper management - Unorganized communication - Frustration is vented among employees but upper management doesn't seem to notice the problems - Barely any room to advance - Completely sterilized work environment, people seem to have very low energy or enthusiasm being there
