    Pros

    Prism goes to bat for their employees. As a contractor to the government, I still felt connected to Prism as well. They were genuinely concerned about my happiness in my assignment.

    Insurance is a bit expensive.

    Flexible Hours Pay is 19 Offer work on weedends- good for students

    Cons

    A lot of cancelations of clients- no pay The company does not find replacements if clients cancel for a week or more. No paid breaks.
