Dynamic, agile, empowering, good salary and benefits package. The right choice to start your career in.
Cons
Depending on your role and the company's needs, you might have to adapt your career path. In general, very diverse, but not so much on the leadership and top management level. Hard to grow beyond a certain level in your professional path, due to lack of vacancies in the leadership roles as well as limited product engagement/attractiveness.
