- The salary is low, but I found out I was earning below starting salary from someone I was training...due to my race (I was the only female of my race working there) - Bins often placed on my chair - My chair and work cables were often tampered with - Bullied by colleagues and management (constant sniggers, comments) - Colleagues sent me monkey pictures, did a certain kind of salute, and made derogatory comments about my hair, and so much more - Everything I asked HR was refused and managers were dismissive - Awful, toxic, walking-on-eggshells culture - The worst working experience I’ve ever had…I’m still healing from it
