A fair wage for the work you do. I was given independence to work when it suited me as I was still in college and trying to juggle a job and education. Everyone in the company that I worked with was very helpful and friendly and provided me with everything I needed to do the job at hand. All in all a great expereince and a great company

There was nothing I felt was a con while working for PRL.
