1. You got to learn lot of new things. You are not stuck in a monotonous job. Everyday is fun at work 2. No one monitors your in and out time. If you have completed your work you are good to log off 3. NO OFFICE POLITICS... Your appraisal is only based on your work performance. You are always rewarded for your efforts if you are working hard
