      Pros

      Benefits weren't bad for a government contractor. Probably decent if you're on a contract.

      Cons

      Lots of nepotism within corporate office when I was there. Far too top heavy- numerous Vice Presidents who didn't seem to do much (circa 2012). Multiple rounds of layoffs after Tetra Tech purchased the company. It was a rocky road for corporate employees back in 2011-2012. Probably better nowadays if you're on a contract.
