1. Good & Timely Pay 2. Opportunity to grow your performance marketing knowledge with regular sessions from Facebook & Google Teams along with Free Blueprint Exam Vouchers for all platforms. 3. No Micro Managing of work. 4. 5 Days of Week Working.

Cons

You move from a trainee to full blown account management can be as fast as 8-12 weeks. This can be difficult for fresh hires with little or less knowledge.
