      You will "NOT" Get any work if you have a day off.

      Paid on time and decent wage £7.23 hour.

      Cons

      Long hours If you have one day off (Even if you call them) You legit will not get ANY work. You will show up to work and get sent home if they have too many workers Only find out if you have work the day before. You sign a contract saying you'll be doing 35+ hours a week and you only get about a day. NO PROGRESSION IN THE COMPANY

      They preach about employees mental health and do the opposite they do not care, experienced this first hand. Management make up lies and paint you out to be the bad guy without any proof to back what they say. Account managers change every season so please be wary when going in for this role. It’s such a shame as management make you believe they have your back but are a group of fake leaders

      There's none, it's a complete circus.

      The cronyism in this place is nothing short of hilarious. If your face fits then you'll be given positions you have absolutely no idea how to perform in but it'll be everyone else's fault so no need to worry! It's the most disgraceful show of leadership you'll see. They preach about values but the reality is it's the most toxic place you could work. Collaboration is none existent and the reality is they just go out and buy agencies rather than focusing on the correct management structure, systems and environment to grow what they've already got. I hope it comes back and bites them one day.
