Company is great, Sales department needs true leadership
Pros
Great organization that is very inclusive to all, great benefits, great pay and work-life balance
Cons
Sales Development leadership is very poor. The managers are clueless when it comes to managing their people and motivating them. One manager is very narcissistic, always bragging about when she was an SDR (inbound) but fails to get on the phone and demonstrate her "outbound" skills to set appointments, another manager was promoted because she was a colleague of the manager when they both were SDR's, and her people skills are very poor. She micro-manages her team and creates a very negative environment. Upper leadership has been made aware of these managing practices including the Atlanta manager always coming into work late and not interacting with her team. She will come into the office late, close her door and have her back to the team with VERY LITTLE INTERACTION. The Houston Manager plays favoritism and hands out leads to reps that she likes.
