Pros
The job offered remote work and they provided the necessary equipment to do the job
Cons
I would strongly advise against working here. The work culture is extremely toxic, with a clear lack of appreciation for employees. Raises and promotions are essentially reserved for those who are friends with upper management, not based on performance or merit. You’ll find yourself buried under an overwhelming workload, yet with no recognition or compensation for the additional responsibility. The company also has a tendency to fire employees based on personal biases, not performance or professionalism, which creates a very unstable work environment. Growth opportunities? They only exist if you’re willing to join leadership. Expectations are set unrealistically high, and you are pressured to put work above all else in your life. The leadership makes empty promises, with no follow-through, and there is no accountability for their lack of action or any mistakes they make. There’s no genuine support or effort to grow your career here—just a cycle of burnout and frustration.
