Pros

The scope of work is interesting, with exposure to various projects, which keeps things dynamic. The building is modern and well-maintained, providing a pleasant environment. There are also some great colleagues who have been with the company for a long time, though their efforts often go unrecognized.

Cons

The company culture is highly political and patriarchal, with clear biases. There’s a lack of career growth opportunities, especially for women who plan to have families. Work-life balance is non-existent, and overtime is a daily expectation without compensation. The workload is heavy, and management provides little support if concerns are raised. Benefits fall short compared to competitors, and even basic amenities like parking are a constant source of conflict.
