Pros

Co-workers are willing to help if needed. Plenty of work to do to make your day more challenging. If you are open and willing to learn new skills and take on new challenges, PS Engineering is the place. Not only that, the owner cares about all his employees.

Cons

Dealing with tree sap all over my car every summer time as parking is limited.

Mon-Fri , Good benefits and Vacation time. Pay Is competitive with Similar Companies. Very knowledgeable staff who have been there for 10+ years. You can always ask one of the other employees if you have questions or need help and they always help and give you accurate information. The training is great. You’re not rushed and they give you time to learn the job/project you’re working on. Everyone is super supportive. Great Team!

Cons

Not really any. Communication is key here though.

Small is Better

Pros

Very Interesting, Challenging and Fun! This is a small company without the overhead of a large corporate structure. They implement formal processes based on common sense. Customer is first and the owner takes customer service very personal. Team members are all very knowledgeable and dedicated. If you need help, you will get it.

Cons

Because it's a small company you will need roll-up your sleeves every now and then. This is not really a bad thing.
