Cognistix Jet has many issues. I worked for another company for seven years and used Cognistix Jet on a daily basis. For some unfathomable reason has issues with reports going through to the main frame. Even getting logged into Cognistix Jet can take up to 10 minutes. Stearns has their own app where reporting is input there is no issues with this app. The same information is then redundantly put into Cognistix Jet.
I have a iPhone 16 Pro and high speed AT&T Internet. Staff at Stearns told me that these were issues that I was having due to my lack of having well, operating tools to use.
I have spoken to other demonstrators and they are having the exact same issues.
There is absolutely no respect for your personal time. Innumerable emails from different staff associates with the same messages expecting answers immediately if the emails are not answered in what they deemed to be a reasonable time such as five minutes the telephone calls will start.
I was asked why I was not wearing an unbranded hat and apron. I wore an unbranded apron for 16 weeks as per my pictures submitted. I had written permission that I had not be worn from my supervisor at Stearns.
Stearns has too many Chiefs that try to control the field associates. Poor communication among Stearns employees.
The manual states one thing (such as the store will provide a table) and the downloaded weekly guidelines state to bring a table.
For how many years this company has been in business with the same employees in place this should not be difficult to have continuity.
There is no payment for preparation for the demo, such as making sure your kit has all parts (if you get a kit), reading and printing weekly reporting materials and guidelines, and typing Cognistix jet report at home on your personal time as I was told to do by supervisor. The rate of pay was sufficient, but when all of these items are taken in to account, I could make the same amount of money working fast food.
