Pros
Remote option in the beginning.
Cons
Mandatory office/hybrid schedule being put into place soon. The turn over is alarming. 9 account managers have left in the last year in commercial alone and only 3 have been hired with little to no experience. When we were acquired by HILB Group, our benefits prices skyrocketed. Management is constantly missing in action. Every time there is a change we hear “things are in the works and more to come” but nothing ever comes?? What is going on?

Pros
Great coworkers, your managers do seem to genuinely care about you, and PSA works hard for their clients -- no gimmicks there as they want to build and hold relationships.
Cons
Maybe a little old school in the corporate sense, but that was morphing to with remote / hybrid schedules these past few years.
