      Pros

      Great coworkers, your managers do seem to genuinely care about you, and PSA works hard for their clients -- no gimmicks there as they want to build and hold relationships.

      Cons

      Maybe a little old school in the corporate sense, but that was morphing to with remote / hybrid schedules these past few years.

      PSA is an amazing place to work. The employees are truly a family. We work hard but also have a lot of fun. We also have amazing work/life balance.

      Benefits can be rather expensive.

      Pros

      It is clear that leadership and management care for their staff! They make a true effort to get feedback from the employees and provide continuous methods to improve moral and company culture. They've done a great job throughout the pandemic and making staff feel safe. Very thankful I get to call PSA my employer!
