This company has one of the most toxic and unprofessional work environments I have ever experienced. Salary payments are frequently delayed, and even when paid, the amount is arbitrarily reduced without proper explanation. Employees are treated like expendable resources rather than professionals.
There is no real work structure, no stable projects, and no consistent clients. Projects start and disappear randomly, and employees are left idle for long periods, only to be blamed later. Layoffs—especially of interns and freshers—happen without warning, justification, or accountability.
Interns are heavily exploited. They are verbally encouraged to take leaves, but later those same leaves are deducted from salary. Performance reviews are intentionally kept negative to justify unfair treatment. Promises made during probation—such as confirmation, learning opportunities, or growth—are repeatedly extended or broken with no transparency.
There is no corporate culture, no proper HR support, no mentorship, and no professionalism. Communication is poor, policies change arbitrarily, and accountability is completely missing. Employees are expected to accept everything silently.
On top of this, the company enforces a two-year bond for a salary as low as ₹15,000, trapping employees in a situation where they are neither learning nor earning fairly. Many employees feel stuck and unable to leave despite ongoing mental stress and financial instability.
