Pros

Watching the CEO and H.R. group make decisions will give you a good laugh. Not a joke... seriously... you will laugh.

Cons

Total incompetence. No direction or plan. Hides true results from shareholders. Unsafe work practices. Instead of fixing issues corporate looks for fall guy to blame. Low morale. Employees do not respect corporate leadership and spend more time looking for their next job. Company is a financial disaster. People mean nothing.

None. Nadda , Bat and switch company.

Cons

Make promises then do not follow through. Was originally offered the position of "Network Administrator" (not help desk) The second week I was switched to 60% help desk and no administration. During my initial interview one of the interviewers, kept using the word "axe" I would assume this is in place of the word ask" Example: He kept saying "let me axe you a question" No a person I choose to work with.
