Pros

Extremely supportive and friendly coworkers. Laid back environment with many opportunities to learn through company paid classes.

Cons

Pay wasn't as competitive as many other contractors in the area while I was there.

Pros

Nice office, ample parking, nice coworkers, good benefits

Cons

PTO isn't great, nor are paid holidays. We have an open office on Christmas Eve and the day after Christmas this year...add a floating holiday for these weird years with Christmas on a Wednesday. Very cliquey feeling. Biggest problem is there is no transparency right now. Money has been tight all year but they seem to be trying to hide that from those in non-management roles. Several rounds of layoffs and feels like more on the way. One department in particular is being purged right now and I'm guessing the company wants to ignore the reasons why.

Loss of Integrity

Pros

There are some great employees who work hard and try to always do what is right.

Cons

The management has steadily declined over the past two years. They have lost their integrity and negatively changed the company. They don't provide clear direction but have no problem blaming people for not performing to standards they never communicated. The current president is far too young and inexperienced to be in that position. They promote individuals who lack strong management skills and can't handle conflict. I've never seen so many excuses for letting people go that aren't close to the real reason. It's shocking that HR continues to let this happen.
