      Pros

      You can do really whatever you want. if you’re someone who just wants to chill and not do too much this is a perfect job for you. Just the right amount of busy work and you can literally watch movies and netflix all day long. Again, i don't want to seem i am only bashing this place. if you need easy money this is the spot but if you’re someone who wants to achieve and do more please you have been warned.

      Cons

      there is no room for growth. If you end up here hopefully you like it because being promoted only happens if you sleep with a team lead (has happened 3 times here already). There will be almost no communication between you and your project manager and team lead. 80% of the time its like you don’t even exist, no literally you can take 30 minute breaks outside no one will notice, people do it all the time
