      Pros

      Company culture was great. A lot of travel to other countries, if you're into that. I think they only ever fired two people in their history, according to company lore.

      Cons

      Pay is a little on the low end compared to local averages. If you don't like traveling with a per diam to interesting cities, for example if you have a family who you would prefer to stay close to.

      Pros

      This financially stable and growing company values it's employees and their career development. The company is large enough (1,700 global employees) to provide great job security and benefits (401K company contributions, great health plans) and small enough to see how your work efforts impact the company. The company has employee development/training initiatives and takes employee career interests/input seriously. The open door policy allows you to walk up and introduce yourself to the CEO at a business function to discuss any thoughts/concerns. With numerous global offices the opportunity to see/work in different parts of the world is there!

      Some may not like travel related project work.
