      Great Benefits, Good Pay and team culture is nice

      It's implicit you should do unpaid overtime, even if it's specified in the employee guide that you should be paid. They say the schedule is flexible, but it use to be like that. In reality, you are required to be at the office between 9:30am and 3:30pm, so you have 1 hour flexible time. They now monitor work hours thru programs installed on the computers. Think twice before applying.
