Pros
PSafe was in general a nice place to work. It had a startup environment full of nice and skilled people. The office is great in a very good location.
Cons
Unfortunately, software quality is not a very important thing in the company. Most decisions are centralized ignoring the team members opinion. Things we knew (and pointed out) that would go wrong were ignored until they went wrong and, then, the blame would go to the same people that pointed out that it was a bad idea, instead of to the managers that made the decision.
