      International atmosphere enabling employers to practice and improve intercultural communication skills. Friendly atmosphere among employees. Flexible working hours and time off requests.

      Cons

      Employment is based on project related demand, if projects are ahead if not you will not have work what makes it tough to rely on it as income. Limited possibilities of advancing your career.

      Small growing company with little room for advancement

      Pros

      The work can be really interesting because they have a big client, which means there is lots of interesting projects to work on and smart people to work with. The client is great.

      Cons

      PTIGlobal itself is very small and seems like still trying to figure out how to work in the technology industry. They are not as professional as theclient and don't offer very much guidelines or support. Little to no options for advancement--you basically work on a project basis, so if there are no more projects, then you have no work.
