      Pros

      PTS will train you through their program if you do not have experience. There are always plenty of people around to ask questions. They provide you with a clear career path and great company culture.

      Cons

      Like any recruiting job you have to put in the work to see the results you want to see.

      Great salary, benefits are ok, hybrid work schedule

      High expectations including targets and kpis, lack of communication from higher ups, lack of empathy towards employees during tough seasons.
