      office centrally located in nyc - easy commute to LI or NJ

      Cons

      no company direction. few clients, poor management, no incentives, no respect for young talent, bad relations between NY and London offices, stuck in the 1990's, product offerings with no SMEs to deliver, cant't retain good talent, no decision making policies, capital invested in wrong areas of the firm, only one or two business develop.very

      basically none they once had a good brand, that management team left

      Cons

      they don't keep their word and treat their employees very badly. most of the recent grad hires leave within the first 6 months when they realize PTS will not keep their training and compensation.
