there is nothing pro, If you don't have a job, no reason what to do in life. Simply die better than joining this company.
Cons
> I have joined as a fresher with having intermediate knowledge. if you're a fresher they gonna terminate you within 1 single day of joining . > on December 2020 they(he, management) terminated 3 people who just joined 2 days. >worst management with a single person(T) who can do whatever he wants. >No work-life balance. I have worked 16 hrs multiple days in my 6 months of working. >And I resigned in January just reason of not to terminated and get the experience certificate and salary.
