      Weekly pay. Nothing else is good

      Everything. Management refuses to spend money then wonders why things don’t work and people are upset. Racist and sexist. Everyone hates it. Benefits are mediocre at best, only health, dental & vision. Managers don’t know what’s going on and goals are unrealistic. Senior leadership hasn’t the slightest clue. No structure to anything. No growth of development plan. Throw each other under the bus. President of company finds new reasons to be mad at people and questions everything but forgets he won’t sign off on it. President reviews every expense/purchase and then refuses to sign off on them then complains we don’t have things. People leave and tell them why and they act clueless. Coworkers don’t do work or sleep on the job and they don’t get in trouble.one star is generous for rating
