      Rampant with nepotism at the district office

      Has some potential to be a decent employer

      Cons

      Human resources has taken over the district making a majority of the decision, firing many union employees and it's own management team. Principals have relationships with secretaries, HR has relationships with each other constantly at "trainings" together. It's out of control. The forgot about their number 1 customer, the kids.
