      Pros

      Autonomy, Master, Purpose. Entirely new designs of airborne optical systems, new markets, killer engineering team.

      Cons

      As much as we try to adhere to our 32hour/4-day work week - there's so much to do that we're struggling to meet that currently. But we also know the heavy lifting is almost done.

      Demands are high - depending on where you are in the product development/engineering cycle there is more work than hours in the week - but you do what you've got to do
