Micromanagement , the management is reactive not proactive. passive aggressive behaviour, intimidation, fear tactics. No appreciation for any staff members. Avoid at all costs if you want to be recognized this isn’t the place.

Cons

The moral is poor at best, no communication from upper management, opportunities only go to those who have connections at the parent company, upper management lays blame on others for their mistakes.
