Pros
Firstly, i worked at PW because i have the qualification for the job.
Secondly, i had much experience from other companies that made me put in much good inputs in the PW work results as outstanding in the whole country.
Lastly, i needed to study and do new things and become more experienced.
Cons
It was so challenging working with PW company but we were able to resist all obstacles and came out with great successes in all our projects with outstanding results.
