It an autonomous environment and works well if you are self motivated to get work done.

Cons

The owner is the only real leader. If you are project based in IT, there are smart people to work with, but no real strategic direction or leadership skills from leader.

The company is team oriented. managers dedicate time to assist new hires in whatever areas that they need assistance with. Management empathized with personal issues and made themselves available to assist in any way.

Cons

The only negative thing I can recall regarding its company is no overtime opportunities
