      -The team said it would take 1+ year to learn the role -One colleague was very, very helpful and walked me through everything -Remote work at the time

      Cons

      -As a remote worker, I did not feel like I belonged/could connect with anyone on my team -Did not have a good grasp of what the work/life balance as people on my team would work really late
