New technologies, but high overhead cost, politic environment, and a lot of OT!
Pros
+ Have projects with new technologies (AWS, microservices...). + Many foreign managers so you can practice English.
Cons
+ The company doesn't have a clear vision. Or at least those visions weren't transferred well enough to employees. + A political environment, so much overhead cost. + You could be interrupted by managers many times. You may need to work on multiple projects at the same time. And you have to deal with each manager about workload by yourself! And they will often ask you to work OT, but often you would not get an appropriate OT rate payment. + The salary increase per year by default is very low even if you are promoted to 2 more levels. + The chance you have to work OT is high, but the chance you get appropriate OT payment is low. + No 13th pay bonus like many other Vietnamese companies. Just the bonus based on the billing time & performance (which is usually lower than your monthly salary even if you got a promotion). Furthermore, you will not get all of your bonus at one time. It will be split and will be paid to you in several months.
