      Frustrating and SLOW

      Pros

      Friendly, ok package, half day Friday, half day Friday and err half day Friday. Also on a Friday you have to work the morning only

      Cons

      Hand held constantly by top management who are stuck somewhere between 1990 and 2001. Very old school and run like a little family business but a family where no one actually can make a decision

      Upper management get involved too much, no trust with employees to make standard decisions that should be a part of their standard role Pay is well below market standard

      Went downhill FAST!

      Pros

      Great people once worked there, a lot have left or been pushed out.

      Cons

      Over worked, underpaid, no authority to make decisions, everything has to get signed off to the highest level, decisions made by a select fews personal opinions (most of whom have no idea about the customers), only care about the profit line...so much so they had well over double digit margin growth and barely offered a payrise of 1-3% depending on performance!
