Pros
- Benefits are really good, stock options are available, healthcare is included and there's actual unlimited PTO (which you can actually take) - Offsites every 3 months - Get to work alongside great professionals and kind people - The product is well researched and the founders have an aligned vision of where they want to be and how they want to disrupt the industry
Cons
Not necessarily a con, but it's a growing startup so you'll wear many hats. That can be appealing or stressful depending on what you're looking for.

Pros
Fantastic, remote-first environment with great people, doing great things and all sharing ideas and experience to help create an amazing platform for the hotel industry!
Cons
Through the youth of the business, processes & different ideas are constantly being trialled and tested which is not necessarily a con but more a nuance of a young start-up growing at the rate that Pace is.
