      Particular, meticulous, pretending to want to help but expecting you to accurately fill in the blanks of steps of tasks that are missing and/or unclear on the SharePoint

      I would say their benefits...but they are awful. No ones ever heard of them, and HR gaslights you into believing they are fabulous.

      Cons

      disorganized, no direction, benefits are not competitive.

      Paid holidays, positive culture, forward-thinking initiatives, opportunities for employees to provide anonymous feedback, strong organizational structure, remote work, and opportunities for growth.

      None so far! Some processes are still being refined as the company grows but its overall exciting growth!
