Pros

Developed a solid relationship with one person who was very supportive and helpful.

Cons

Until going remote, the team lead constantly came in late, called off, and left early with a multitude of explanations. I even began tracking the comings and going and the average was over twelve incidents per month. Interestingly, when we went remote, it never happened again. Training is non-existent and peers are easily annoyed when asked for support. One-on-ones were regularly blown off. Annual reviews were missed as well. Scheduled H/R-related meetings were also not taken seriously and were postponed or canceled. Diversity was completely absent.

Loads of vacation time. Upper management tends to listen to feedback. Great work environment. Growing fast!

Overwhelmed due to under staffing.
