Pros

The company will hire you if you don’t have other options.

Cons

Leadership are the most disgusting, unprofessional, disrespectful people in the industry. Wholesalers are peasants to be berated, bullied, and put-down down by leaders who think motivation is done through threats and insults. You will be given no autonomy and every minute of your day will be micromanaged. Regional managers serve no purpose other than micromanagement and making you hate your life. Leadership demands client entertainment but does not give budgets and wholesalers are forced to foot the bill for basic company needs. There is no opportunity for career growth.

Pros

Opportunity Good products Well known for company size Good marketing

Cons

Unprofessional and narcissistic leadership, and far too frugal. If they could make you work 7 days a week they would. 2-2.5 hour calls every Friday morning (first 15 minutes is calling role 1 by 1) Far under industry standard pay Health insurance is horrible and expensive. Maternal/paternal leave is a joke
