      Pros

      I'm surrounded by highly intelligent and supportive people and get to put my skills to their best possible use. The work we do is not only benefiting the planet & climate but also highly innovative. There is a strong technical excellence culture that allows me to learn every day. We are all looked after very well, regardless of where you call home.

      Cons

      Timelines are consistently tight and high output is expected - do not apply if you're looking for a cruisy job! We are all highly driven and motivated and are constantly moving forward at speed.

      - people were a pleasure to work with - people were very technically sophisticated - i respected everyone - the tech stack we used was sophisticated - meaningful work

      - some confusion on product direction (seems to have cleared up since then)
