As a not-for-profit organization, we strive to balance competitive total rewards with a supportive and respectful work environment. In our Call Centre, we have KPI’s set-up to ensure our Customer Service Representatives can provide our members with excellent service to answer their questions. We continue to look for ways to help provide our members with service that help reduce wait times and provide answers to our members quickly.
