      Pros

      Ability to look at all parts of the business -- boutique consulting firm so small. Not silo'ed into just one area.

      Cons

      Micromanaging, emotionally charged environment with dubious ethical decisions and overly hard negotiation tactics with clients. Very short-term oriented with no long-term strategy. Incredibly stressful with no ability to be creative or develop independence for long-term career growth.

      This isnt even a company, its just one guy that calls himself the CEO with a bunch of interns he harasses.
