Pros

The staff are fantastic. You have regulars come in and they’re fantastic too. It’s good money in the summer. Fast paced

Cons

Management changes with the seasons and hides their reasons for doing things. There’s a lack of transparency.

Pros

Good tips, great coworkers. Good amount of hours if you're willing to spread yourself thin.

Cons

Management is a mess, the whole way up. The managers who are working in house truly care about this company, and (most) of their employees, which is sad considering this company very clearly does not care about them. During my time here, we cycled through FIVE different front of house managers, between firing and promoting these people to HR. Ironically, any complains brought to HR by other employees were largely laughed off. I have had customers quite literally shout at me, and the general manager was only concerned with making sure their bill was paid. These patrons were allowed to continue to dine here, and I'm sure they still do. Managers do not practice what they preach, and are somehow perplexed when their staff presents animosity towards them. Furthermore, I worked at a store that was responsible for training any new management members before they were to join existing/new locations being opened. Unfortunately and ironically, for a company that claims to pride themselves on a diverse workplace, EVERY SINGLE MANAGER was a white male. I have worked/seen a whole two white women in my time with this company. Any POC who was brought on for management positions was working in the kitchen. Tom Hanson works on a blueprint very backwards of the one he projects onto his staff and team members. This company systemically works to segregate their employees. It was really difficult to watch individuals who have been in this company FIFTEEN YEARS, be treated as lesser, and be ruled out for positions by people with less experience.

Pros

None. There really aren’t any pros.

Cons

This is a high volume restaurant with a huge vermin infestation.
