Cons
There is no such thing as a grace period when you first join here. If you make one little mistake, your boss will immediately chew you out. Upper management at the Santa Monica division in Sawtelle is horribly overbearing. My boss would find any excuse to horribly criticize my work ethic even when I was trying my hardest. This attitude is counter-intuitive as it makes for a more toxic work environment and makes employees even more prone to mistakes. It doesn't solve anything. My boss wouldn't give me any constructive feedback and she would instead dismissively tell me to "take a note". My supervisor wasn't much help either. The training he provided me was very minimal and not enough to for me to fully grasp the complexities of my tasks. I was fired after only a few weeks of working here thanks to a completely merciless and overbearing boss.
