Catty- Extreme politics in this agency. Teammates will pretend to be your friend but would do anything to see you fail. Teams are competitive against one another esp amongst the higher ups
LACK OF DIVERSITY- Would it hurt to hire more people of color or men and promote them? Everyone here is... you guessed it WHITE
Inhumane treatment- Upper management comes and goes as they please but expects everyone else to work from the crack of dawn until 8pm. Management would preach about how much they appreciate your efforts but still leave your team under staffed and you overworked
Clients- treat agency workers like their servants. No respect or boundaries ever. You're expected to meet deliverables no matter what it cost and how much of your sanity is sacrificed
Work Life Balance- There is none. Average 50-60 hour weeks and be expected to answer clients post business hours and work over the weekend. Don't expect time to eat a proper lunch either, your teammates will start wondering why your gone any longer than 15 mins
