Poor management, low pay, and no room for growth.

Toxic company culture; company lacks competent HR department. Bosses manipulate talent, as opposed to developing talent. Depending on what department you work in, you will be treated differently. Junior employees have it the worst. Employee raises are based on peer review, and bosses abuse this system to justify withholding fair raises--good luck feeling valued here. On top of all that, company haphazardly mismanages funds and budgets all year long (spending crazy money on fixing bosses stupid mistakes)...then takes it out of employee bonuses at the end of the year. Then at the end of the day, no one is held accountable...so business as usual continues. You will never be appreciated here; therefore, you will never be motivated to reach any potential. Dont waste your time!
