      Meaningful work with youth and families, supportive front-line team, strong opportunities to build problem-solving and crisis-management skills, flexible and independent day-to-day work.

      Cons

      Heavy and constantly increasing workload, little guidance or clarity from leadership, limited training or professional development, weak communication and follow-through, frequent evening and weekend hours, “other duties” added without notice, minimal advancement opportunities.
