      - CEO is smart and well informed - CEO is accountable - PacFirm has a long history of success - People are important to the company and its success - If you have a problem, address it and have a one-on-one with Mgt or the CEO - If you do not like a high-stress and fast-paced work environment, recruiting/research/SM is not for you

      - Can get stressful at times but I haven't worked in a job that didn't

      Pros

      My time with, The Pacific Firm, has been one of the most enjoyable experience of my life. We had clients leaving feeling they got more than they paid for. I must admit, it was hard work, but the compensation and flexibility the company offered made it more than worth it. I am saddened I had to leave this company due to spouses work relocation. I recommend this company 100%!
